Black Bear Borders

Black Bear Borders is a family business and passion project for Jay. He believes in hard work and is always ready to get his hands dirty to ensure his curbing installations are the finest Lake County has to offer.

Jay hails from Mount Dora as a long time citizen and is proud of his community and all it has to offer. It is his dream to bring the finest Moroccan Natural Stone to his neighbors both beautifying their yards as well as the beloved area he calls home.

Jay loves working with concrete to create many different styles of curbing for his clients and promises each design will be driven by his appreciation for the art of curbing.

Florida has always been dear to Jay and his love for the state encompasses the many creatures that also call Florida their home. Especially the ever shrinking population of Black Bears. After learning about the plight of the Black Bear, Jay decided to get involved and is now a supporter of Central Bear Stakeholder Group, to help bring awareness to others about the need for conservation of the Black Bear’s natural home.
