A resident of Cookeville for eleven years, Chuck met his wife Julie, a Cookeville resident herself for over 35 years, and they are now both proud residents serving the Cookeville area. Julie is also a nurse at Cookeville Regional Medical Center since 1995.

Both Chuck and Julie have been trained and certified in the installation and maintenance of custom landscape curbing They are excited to bring concrete edging to Upper Cumberland and look forward to serving the people of their community with their core values of honesty, integrity, and professionalism while delivering unique and durable landscape borders.
